Stayed overnight on Hogmanay. Lovely cosy room which was perfect - had a wet room so ideal for less able folk. Staff all very friendly. Would definitely recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn in Aberdeen and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made a great first impression after a long journey. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a great bed and plenty of space to relax and unwind. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully laid out, and it was nice to have a quiet, restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s location is also a big plus — convenient for getting around Aberdeen, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transport links. Breakfast was excellent, with a good range of hot and cold options, all fresh and well presented. What really stood out was the level of service. Every member of staff I interacted with was friendly and attentive, always happy to help with directions, recommendations, or anything else I needed.

I’ve been staying here for the last few years whenever I’m away with work and visit multiple times throughout the year. It’s a great hotel in a really convenient location, with plenty of parking and lots of shops just across the road. The food is excellent – both breakfast and evening meals are always very good – and the rooms are comfortable. The best part of the hotel is the staff. From reception through to the restaurant team, everyone is consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I always enjoy staying here and would happily recommend it.

Had a great experience staying here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff were really welcoming and helpful, which made the stay even better. The location is convenient for getting around Aberdeen, and the food and facilities were excellent. Would happily stay again and recommend to anyone visiting the city.

“Visited this morning for breakfast at the Holiday Inn Westhill, buffet breakfast everything was cooked to perfection and hot, plenty to chose from, healthy options also available along side bacon, eggs, black pudding etc. Everything you could ask for breakfast, served as help yourself so you could take what amount you like. Staff very welcoming. Very good visit, will come again

When we arrived we were put in a double bedroom which they kindly changed for us into a x2 single bedroom which we originally wanted. We where put in a room where the bed was horrid to a point my sister fell, management came up and no sign of sympathy was shown. We were moved to a room which we thought was better, unfortunately it wasn't, my bed kept moving, light wasn't working and no heating in the bathroom, we we're tired so kept it like that. We loved the location of the hotel as it was situated right next to a shopping centre, aldi and local bus station. The female staff at the reception were amazing (all of them) the ladies at the restaurant in the morning for breakfast and night for dinner were friendly and very well organised. The cleaners who cleaned our rooms need more training. Dust was all over the tables, hoovering wasn't done properly and left plates and cutlery which we're used behind. In all we had a great stay

Stayed for 3 nights at the Holiday Inn in Aberdeen and was pleasantly surprised! I’ll be honest—I was a bit nervous after reading a few negative reviews (unfortunately, I came across them while already on my way). But I ended up having a really lovely stay. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The breakfast was great, with plenty of nice options to choose from. What stood out the most was the staff—they were genuinely helpful, accommodating, and always quick to respond. The only thing I’d suggest for improvement is the sofa bed—it wasn’t the most comfortable, so something to keep in mind if you're planning to use it. Overall though, I had a very positive experience and would happily stay again.

Visit for breakfast, good quality help yourself breakfast at a great price. Wide variety of foods to chose from. Welcoming staff, friendly and helpful.
